Meet The Insurance Team

Olivia joined the company in 2013 as a trainee with no prior knowledge of insurance. Over the years she steadily advanced to the position of senior commercial account handler. She supports Account Executives with business clients who have a wide range of commercial insurance needs from SMEs to large corporate enterprises. She manages most types of commercial insurance and specialises in Motor Fleets.

In addition to hands-on experience, she's also completed the Certificate of Insurance in 2020 further solidifying her knowledge and skills in the industry. She's eager to further excel in her field, with aspirations to become a motor fleet account executive and to continue to strive for excellence and success.

Olivia’s commitment and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the company. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the cinema, walking and travelling the world.

I have worked at Coughlan’s for 17 years joining in 2007. I was new to the insurance industry having previously worked in real estate.

I have progressed through personal lines to an experienced and senior commercial account handler looking after many mid to corporate clients and I specialise in motor trade and fleet.

In my private life, I enjoy spending time with my family and making home design improvements. I attend many music events as well as keep fit walking the dog.

Having joined the family business in 1999, I have overseen the company's growth from a personal lines high street brokerage to a Commercial Insurance operation. I'm responsible for the development and servicing of clients within our Corporate Client division.

Having completed a management buy-out in recent years I am looking to continue the growth of the brokerage and supporting staff at all levels.

I have over 35 years of insurance industry experience. I worked for a large national high-street brokerage before joining the business in its former company name and through its incorporation in recent years.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and spending as much time as possible with my Partner and our two teenage daughters.

As a regular visitor to the Theatre of Dreams and a Man United supporter, I have also managed to brainwash my daughters into joining me at as many games as possible and enduring the heartbreak in recent years.

My other main passion is golf and play locally at Silverstone Golf Club with limited success but find it a great release from the running of a business.

Kobi became part of the Coughlan team in early June 2024. He transitioned into the insurance industry after graduating from Buckinghamshire New University in 2019 with a degree in Business Management. Before joining Coughlan, he worked as an Account Executive at NFU Mutual. Kobi focuses on serving commercial clients and ensuring that they receive the exceptional customer service they deserve.

Outside of work, Kobi spends a lot of his time exploring new hobbies and activities. He enjoys spending time outdoors, going for hikes and playing sports with friends. In addition, he is a passionate music lover who spends hours crate digging for new records which helps him discover new sounds and artists.

I joined Coughlan’s in July 2023 after having worked in the insurance industry for over 13 years.

I previously gained experience working with major insurers including RSA and Allianz. I also have experience within the public sector at Thames Valley Police looking after the management of over 4,000 fleet vehicles within a small team.

Outside of work, I like to spend time with my partner and two children. My hobbies include being a long-suffering Tottenham Hotspur supporter having been a season ticket holder for many years.

I graduated with a BA HONS degree in Sports Journalism in 2010 and I am looking to progress my insurance career within the Commercial Clients division at Coughlan’s aiming to achieve Account Executive status.

I have worked for Coughlan’s since 2018 having joined from a personal line’s brokerage following a re-location from Staffordshire.

I have over 25 years in the insurance industry experience and have progressed to a Private Client and Commercial Account Handler. I work with a variation of customers with personal High Net Worth requirements and SME commercial clients.

I achieved CII status in 2023 and I am looking to extend my knowledge and experience within the Commercial Lines division of the brokerage.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, music and spending time with my family and my two daughters along with our pugapoo Chewie and enjoying as many holidays as possible.

Our latest acquisition at the end of February 2024 has just completed 25 years in the insurance industry working for various Brokers around the Midlands. He progressed from Car Insurance in 1999 to our first full-time Commercial Broker helping the business move to the next level.

Specialising in Contractors, Engineering, Distribution and Property risks, he has a knack for helping protect their business on the right basis.

Away from work, Christopher has 3 children and can be found on the terraces at CBS Arena supporting Coventry City FC.

Natalie provides high-quality, bespoke business growth consultancy to independent insurance brokers. She works closely with them, to create a robust growth strategy for their business. She focuses not only on new business strategies but also on their wider business needs.
