Your Statutory Duties
The Health and Safety Act 1974 is in place to ensure the health and safety of your employees. This extends to the provision and maintenance of:

- A safe place of work, with safe access and exit

- The Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR)
- The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER)
- Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER)
- Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH)
- A Safe Working Environment with Adequate Welfare Facilities 1989 (EAWR)
