Coughlan General Insurance Bureau has been established since 1980. We pride ourselves on our qualities of professionalism, attention to detail and customer service. We specialise in commercial insurance and offer a full range of independent insurance advice.

As a member of the Broker Network Ltd, national organization of independent intermediaries, we have access to the whole of the market including Lloyds the UK’s top insurers. This enables us to bring you exclusive policies at specially negotiated rates.

Coughlan General Insurance Bureau is also a member of BIBA and the Financial Services Authority, the organization that regulates the sale of general insurance in the UK. We are fully committed to maintaining a high level of customer service and deal with our clients in line with the best practice guidelines, as set out by the FSA. Our firms FSA reference number (FRN) is 306326.

We have been servicing clients for over 25 years and have enjoyed continued growth during this time and always welcome new
relationships.

We pride ourselves on the personal approach afforded to all of our clients. On all new enquiries we extend the opportunity
for an Account Executive to visit you and discuss your needs in full. This allows us to make recommendations and
principally to ensure that we are able to demand competitive insurance premiums from insurers by supplying them
with accurate information on your business. All existing customers are allocated an Account Handler and Claims
Handler to maintain an excellent working relationship.
